Healthy Grape Nuts Breakfast Bars
This healthful breakfast bar is delicious as well as nutritious. Don’t waste your money on processed breakfast bars…why not make your own instead?
Ingredients
- 3 cups Grape Nuts cereal
- 1 cup nonfat or low fat milk
- 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 cup dried fruit such as raisins or craisins
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Mix all ingredients together. Pour into a nonstick 9-in square baking dish.
- Bake for 35 minutes, or until firm.
- Cool and cut into 12 squares.
